Vandia - A Managing General Agency
Using licensed independent insurance agents, the Vandia General Agency acts as a wholesaler for several AM Best A-rated insurance carriers. We recommend underwriting criteria and manage the agent relationships.

Fuel Marketers
Gas and fuel oil wholesalers; bulk storage facilities; propane marketers and other related operations.

Service Station/Repair Garages
Full service gasoline stations; convenience stores and mini marts that sell gasoline; carwashes inconjuction with the station; specialty repair shops, i.e., quick-lubes, transmission shops, muffler shops, etc.; auto body shops and general repair shops.

Risk Engineering
Our Risk Engineering Department serves over 700 petroleum and auto services customers and other commercial business. We assure compliance with OSHA, DOT and EPA standards, provide focused claim assessments to address problem areas and offer many other risk engineering services.

American Management Control Systems (AMCS)
AMCS was the first specialized risk management company to monitor the insurance coverages and compliance of oil company operators, including wholesale and retail outlets, low and high risk vendors and contractors, jobbers and others.

AMC Personal Lines Division
American Underwriters Insurance Company (AUIC) - Our Personal Lines Division includes AUIC, a wholly owned capital stock insurance company licensed only in Arkansas. AUIC is the largest property and casualty company domiciled in the state and is represented in all of Arkansas' 75 counties.

AMC Commercial Lines Division
Excess and Surplus Lines - The AMC Commercial Lines Division is a managing general agency doing business through independent agents. It represents several carriers offering garage liability, property, general liability, business auto, inland marine, auto physical damage, cargo and others. It is an Excess and Surplus lines general agent handling insurance for which there is a limited, or no available market within the state and represent both admitted and non-admitted carriers.

Workers' Compensation
Working as a Managing General Agent, AMC rates, underwrites and processes all workers' compensation policies through its carriers and is responsible for premium collection. All underwriting and policy issuance originates in our offices and the program is marketed through independent insurance agents in several states.

Claims
American Management Claims Administrators (AMCA) provides claims services for all AMC insurance programs and contracted customers. Our staff includes over 40 adjusters, licensed attorneys, litigation specialists and loss investigators with a wide range of expertise.
