More information:
- Favorable MVRS required for those employees driving customer’s vehicles (MVR acceptability is outlined in the Service Station Underwriting Criteria Section).
- On-site management must have MINIMUM of three (3) years OWNERSHIP experience in this type operation.
- Signs must be properly posted concerning customer entry in wash area.
- Incidental “other” sales can be no more than 15% of total operation.
- Exception - risk with quick lube and/or gasoline operation.
