A Retail Service Station has full-service and/or self-service gasoline sales along with Convenience Store/Mini Market operations (snacks, beverages, etc.), cooking, car wash, and repair operations. A typical Service Station will be leased from a major oil company such as Shell/Texaco, Exxon/Mobil, ARCO, or Chevron and the insured is not responsible for providing building coverage. This is the preferred risk since the oil company handles all building maintenance and upkeep promptly. The insured may also own the property rather than leasing from an oil company. The owner must have a minimum of two years experience service station/convenience store industry or related specialized training.

Eligible Operations for Automotive Gasoline Service Station
