- All Truck Stops will be rated on General Liability using annual sales.
- Minimum of $75,000 on Garage Keepers Liability required
Ineligible Exposures:
- Lounge Area
- Sleeping Quarters
- Repair of large trucks
- Gaming machines
- More than 10 shower areas
- On premises liquor consumptions
- Restaurant with over 50 seating capacity
- Restaurant sales exceeding 30% of total sales
- More than 25 trucks parking overnight at any given time
- Gasoline sales less than 51% of total sales
- Firearm on premises
