> Customer Safety Assistance

• Implementing a safety program - Our Transportation Safety Program includes elements of a safety policy, driver selection criteria, vehicle inspection and maintenance programs, drug and alcohol testing programs and driver retention programs.
• Driver training strategies and programs - We can advise Clients on how to implement their training strategies for employee orientation, provide ongoing skill training and address training needs resulting from accidents or observation.
• Root-cause accident analysis training - The Root-Cause Accident Analysis training program helps to uncover the root causes of fleet and other accidents/incidents and determine the appropriate countermeasures to correct the identified problems.
• Private passenger vehicle safety - We assist with the basics of private passenger vehicle safety including driver selection, vehicle selection, vehicle maintenance programs, personal use policies, emergency equipment needs and non-owned vehicle safety procedures.
• Hazardous material program review - We can assess and help determine an action plan to address the various components of a proper hazardous material program in conjunction with federal requirements.
• All risk engineers have a background in the industry they serve and understand that the needs of our market segment are different than those of other industries.
• We conduct basic compliance training, and we can help Clients develop a strong internal program that goes beyond that. We can develop custom training programs to present on-site to small or large groups or provide them in a manner in which a Client can perform their own training.
