How do I become contracted with AMC?

  1. Send in the Agency Profile
  2. Discuss opportunities with our Marketing Representative
  3. Send in signed contracts along with a copy of your E&O and License

The first step is to fill out the Agency Profile provided to you on the website. You may submit the Profile through the website or by printing the form, then faxing it to 501-932-3135. After the completed Agency Profile is sent it will be received by the AMC Corporate Marketing Department. Corporate Marketing will review the Agency Profile. After review you will be contacted by a Marketing Representative to discuss how your agency and AMC could build a successful relationship and give you further detail on available AMC programs. You will also be asked to provide a copy of you E&O coverage and license. If both parties agree that contracting your agency will be mutually beneficial, contracts will be prepared.

Where will my Agency Profile be sent after I fill it out online?

Your Agency profile will be sent directly to the Corporate Marketing Department in AMC’s Conway, Arkansas office.
